Yahrzeit Plaques

B'nai Harim encourages everyone to remember loved ones by adding their names to our Memorial Board.

The cost of the plaque is $272 for members and may be paid when placing your order or on an extended payment plan. A minimum of $50 per plaque must accompany each request. The balance can be paid over one year for one or two plaques and/or two years for more than two plaques. Please select one of the styles below (one name per order form), complete the Yahrzeit Plaque Order Form and mail with your payment.
